Rapyd is looking for an HR Operations manager, in this position you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and programs. Your focus will be on maintaining HR data management, coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding, managing employee records, and providing general HR support to employees and managers.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute HR processes, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, transfers, promotions, and other personnel changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve HR processes, policies, and workflows.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Generate regular HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the HR team to address HR tasks and bring processes to execution
- Manage HR Services globally in collaboration with relevant HR lead team members
