What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

  • Assess customer RFP or input documents, define solution with CNS Enterprise Campus Edge Solution (ECE Sol) Sales and Technical Sales / Customer Solution Architects (CSAs) teams and adapting Nokia blueprints to customer needs.
  • Bring and maintain solid subject matter expertise on our Nokia Enterprise Campus Edge Solutions portfolio.
  • Establish trusting relationship with CNS ECE Sol Sales and Technical Sales / CSAs teams.
  • Provide CNS ECE Sol portfolio technical remote support to CNS ECE Sol Sales and Technical Sales / CSAs teams.
  • Support CNS ECE Sol Sales and Technical Sales teams in discussions on technical requirements and resolve gaps with Product Managers and System Engineers to ensure customer requirements can be met.
  • Participate remotely in and elaborate the creation of business value realization/business case for technology and architecture proposed to customers.
  • Create and/or review technical offers and other deliverables: SoW, SoC/Point by point Responses, BoQs/BoMs, TSDs, SSDs.
  • Drive and document overall deal solution strategy (product and services), interface with Product and Pricing Managers to drive optimal scoping & cost structure to ensure competitiveness and allow for future up-sells.
  • Provide remote ECE Sol portfolio technical Support the CNS ECE Sol Sales and Technical Sales team in bid defense planning and technical offer presentation to the customer.
  • Participate in periodic reviews to provide status of key opportunities, wins/losses feedbacks and identified Enterprise Campus EDGE Sol portfolio / product / services gaps.
  • Strictly adhere to NOKIA's sell & CNS processes.

Your skills and experience

You should have:

  • 2-7 years of work experience in sales support, product management, professional services, pre-sales, sales engineering, consulting or similar.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
  • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Interest in Nokia Radio / Core product portfolio, cloud technology, IP Networking, Routing and Switching, IP planning, telecom standards, telecom protocols.
  • Knowledge of CNS Enterprise Campus EDGE portfolio and services is an advantage.
