in our offices in Milan, on a hybrid working-schedule (3 days per week in the office + 2 days per week working from home).

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer orders process with possible input into SAP and/or resolution of issues related within the working day.
  • Monitoring the goods delivery process to the customer and all possible issues.
  • Management of all the issue related to the open orders - Backorders, Blocks and Customer returns.
  • Issuing and checking invoices in electronic format with possible resolution of anomalies.
  • Customers Support and assistance to the sales Team to ensure full satisfaction of all the external and internal requests
  • Complaints management.
  • Create Reports and Perform Analysis to support Customer needs.


What we are looking for in you:

  • Good level of English (ideally B2 or above), both written and spoken, and good reading comprehension skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel required.
  • SAP is required.
  • Aptitude for using advanced IT tools.
  • Excellent ability to relate to customers and colleagues and to handle complaints and urgent requests.
  • Aptitude for teamwork.
  • Ability and Aptitude to work under stress.
  • Aptitude for customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of service and processes.
