As a Principal Product Manager at RBKS (Ring, Blink, Key, Sidewalk) AI, you will work with a focused team of product managers, engineers, and scientists building and releasing new AI products and features with state of the art models. You will have an enormous opportunity to impact the customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of high visibility products that will be used every day.You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance customer and business needs versus technical constraints. An ability to take large, complex projects and break them down into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, then deliver them in a successful and timely manner is expected.Key job responsibilities- Lead the development of the product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Define creative, high quality, simple product roadmaps based on product strategy and vision- Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application

- 10+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams
