What you’ll do:

• Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices.
• Verify and reconcile billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary billing information.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to address and rectify billing errors promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing based on contractual terms.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of efficient billing processes.
• Analyze billing data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

What to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Billing (or related) background with at least 3 years experience – advantage if you have a background at hi-tech SaaS companies
• Strong understanding of billing processes and financial principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Previous experience with Salesforce, Zuora, or Netsuite- a major advantage
• High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving attitude
