As a Reporting Specialist you will:

• Create and distributecomprehensivereports for regional and local finance departments.
• Maintain and regularly updateregional finance reporting suite.
• Monitor and enhance quality of reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison and coordinator for designated reporting activities, ensuring streamlined communication and task execution.
• Collect and analyze business needs from stakeholders to inform report criteria and content.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in financial reports, proactively implement measures to mitigate future discrepancies.
• Provide regular updates on reporting status and escalate potential challenges to Regional team.

Skills and attributes for success:

• 2 – 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Attention to detail.
• Practical experience with reporting software and platforms, such as Power BI, SAP, Tableau or other ERP systems.

Ideally, you will also have:

• SQL reporting knowledge.
• Experience in Regional/Global Shared Services.
• Good communication skills.
• Education in a finance-related area.
