Perform general and more complex administration of Core Benefits and Time Management tools, programs and processes on a local and partially global level
Providing consultancy services and service excellence to employees and the HR community regarding general and more complex Benefits, issues according to defined processes, timetables and service levels in compliance with tariff and works agreements
Handling standard and complex inquiries & support through ticket self-service, eMail and telephone
Supporting implementations of HR Services Strategy for Core Benefits and Time Management Administration in terms of tools, programs and processes at local and sometimes global level
Overseeing procurement, invoicing and financial process activities and reporting incl. recharging if required
safeguard adherence of legal as well as company agreement regulations
Ensuring the consistent application of local and global standards, policies and processes
Creating, consolidating and analysing standard and ad hoc reports with a special view on market trends and developments
Supporting continuous improvement of HR Services procedures, processes and systems
Drive the continuous improvement of internal documentation incl mapped processes and knowledge base articles and act as a reliable author of nominated articles
Ensuring correct execution of laws and regulations with regards to specific employee master data and organizational data
Administrate the modification of systems and processes related to HR Services Benefits in order to ensure correct execution of laws and compliance to company policies
Creating user manuals and process mappings
Developing, creating and enhancing communication on standards, procedures, guidelines and processes to employees, internal customers and Works Council
Participating in Benefits related projects as a functional specialist. Providing administrative support to global Benefits projects and initiatives, also Time Management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Very good level of affinity to and experience with Business computing solutions, ideally with SAP HR
Excellent analytical skills and detail oriented work style

Ability to work under pressure as well as prioritizes and completes tasks in order of importance
Very good understanding of legal and tariff regulations, also of company agreements
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Commercial education or University Degree
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, ideally within an international matrix organization
Excellent command of English and German
Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications
Specialized skills in work area - Broad knowledge in functional area
