Position Overview
Consumer TechnologyAs ayou willbe responsible forproduct strategy, planning,and development of various initiativesYou willmanage andlead the software product development life cycle fromto production launch andsupport. You muststrong technical background to ensure you are deigning modular & scalable web components, you must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects and have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.
Responsibilities
Develop vision and roadmap, and execute with coherent strategy, including design, user requirements, market assessmentsandscalable delivery plan formultiple domain areas
partnersand internal stakeholders todeterminebusiness requirements, technicalconsiderationsand strategic objectives
Craft and communicate product strategy across the organization and influence senior executives toacquirethe necessary resources.
Engineeringand operations peers to deliver strategic and tactical plans and objectives
statedarchitectural and design principles and standardswhile having the opportunity to remain in a hands-on engineering role.
Drive efforts to architect, design, develop, and implement technology-enabled business and technical information solutions encompassing multiple specializations, platforms, and technologies
Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Owns key initiatives & deliverables especially ina specific domain
Provide functional and technical leadershipto otherAssociate Directors, Product Managers,Lead Engineers, Architects and Quality Analysts
methodology, architecture, security, change and configuration management and compliance
ITorganizations which targets8or more IT employee direct reports typically with Associate Directors and a total org size of 50 or more
Qualifications
achelor’s degreein Computer Science, InformationSystems,or related field.
+ years of experience in working in Engineering or Development
+ years of progressive experience in buildinghigh volumee-commerce
+ years of experience building web applications using Java, SpringBoot, Springand REST
8+ years of experience with leading and managing
+ years of Product Management experience
usingObservability tools like Splunk/ELK, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus
Prior experience with Digital transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in thought leadership and creating high quality products
objectivesand key results
Experience in buildingmulti-tenant,multi-channelor multi-tenant awaree-commerceplatforms
Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing and event driven computing.
Experience working withinAgile/Scrum/Kanban
Excellent written and verbal communication skills withdemonstratedability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leader
Our Director-Technology, earns between $191,400.00-$287,200.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
