The Professional Services Consultant is responsible for the technical implementation and support of the Philips Intellispace Electrocardiograph (iECG) system, including the implementation and support of the Health Language 7 (HL7) and/or Digital Imaging Communications in Medicine (DICOM) interface broker, IntelliSpace Enterprise Broker (IBE).

Your role:

• Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project
• Shares knowledge and technical expertise with customer and team
• Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementationdocumentation/toolsets.
• May interact cross-functionally with other divisions or units to share product technical knowledge and expertise.
• Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance
• Achieve/maintain accepted industry levelcertifications/technicalcompetency (i.e., Microsoft Technical Certifications) through continuing education
• Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure the IECG and IBEsystem
• Configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements
• Implement interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s Radiology Information System (RIS)/ Health Information System (HIS)
• Investigates and diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL 7 interfacing.
• Experience with an ECG information management system or PACS(Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system
• Experience with Orion Rhapsody Interface broker.
• Experience working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments
• Networking infrastructure/ Server architecture knowledge desirable
