Your role:

• Assumes the technical leadership role for each assigned project and shares knowledge and technical expertise with our customers and team.
• Provides feedback/assists in streamlining program implementation methodology or implementationdocumentation/toolsets and may interact cross-functionally with other divisions or units to share product technical knowledge and expertise.
• Completes assigned project tasks as scheduled to gain customer acceptance and at the same time achieve/maintain accepted industry levelcertifications/technicalcompetency (i.e., Microsoft Technical Certifications) through continuing education
• Gathers necessary network information required to properly configure the IECG and IBEsystem and configures and tests installed IECG and IBE system to meet customer requirements.
• Implements interfaces to/from IECG and customer’s Radiology Information System (RIS)/ Health Information System (HIS) and investigates & diagnoses complex technical problems during installation until transfer to support.

You're the right fit if:

• You have a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or a related field or 5+ years experience performing technical support/HL7 interfacing.
• You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in an ECG information management system or PACS (Picture Archiving and Communications Systems) system; Orion Rhapsody Interface broker, XML and working with Virtual Machine (VM) server environments.
• You’re an experienced Networking infrastructure/Server architecture user is preferred.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
