Description
*Set up meetings, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements.*Process expense reports, submit facilities requests, order office supplies and equipment.*Support daily requests/needs to keep the team running smoothly.*Organize new hire set-up including ordering equipment, securing office space, and communicating with managers to ensure a smooth start for all new hires. *Organize snacks, employee relations events big and small, catering as needed.*Update floor plans, organization charts, and handle space planning.*Record and track equipment for inventory audits. Provide backup support to other team admin when needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience working along side engineering teams in a high tech environment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness are required.
  • Proficiency with Calendar, Pages, Numbers, Mail and other OS X based office software.
  • Great communication skills both spoken and written.
  • Must be able to work with little supervision on daily assignments, take initiative, and build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 LB

  • Understands people and knows how to adapt working style.
  • Discretion in handling highly confidential information.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $28.30 and $42.20/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
