They will play an interface and coordination role between:

· The EU Cross-Divisional internal team:

  • Data upload, cleaning and validation
  • Testing of new features
  • Bug fixing

· New Cardiology Sales & Marketing Team:

  • Communicate and get « buy-in » from the country teams
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Support users
  • Develop Sales / Marketing reports for analysis

In this role, you will be responsible to:

· Work closely with and support the country Sales&Marketing Managers:

  • Communication to the team
  • Training of users
  • Support to users

· Ensure and validate data upload / processing across Information Systems

  • Marketing materials validation process
  • Upload of data / Data cleansing in Salescloud

· Ensure the development of reports and dashboards

· Be a force of proposition for system or process improvements

What are we looking for in you:

· Background studies in Business Management, Data Analytics or Management Engineering

· Good understanding of business Information and Reporting Systems

· Good analytical and organization skills

· Any previous experience with Salesforce.com will be considered a plus

· Team player, eager to learn and develop themselves in a multinational environment

· Good Communication skills

· High English level, in order to ensure cross-communication within the team.

· 6-month full-time paid internship (with the possibility of further extension of 6 more months)
