Responsibilities
- Play a lead role in various SATCOM project teams, and participate in diverse projects
- Project scope, schedule and budget
- Internal customer relationships
- Vendor and dependency management
- Risk/Opportunity development and management
- Process compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Excellent communicator who is able to motivate his/her team and communicate at all levels of the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and growing environment
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work with little supervision
- Someone who consistently takes the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or made to by events
We Value
- Project management experience
- Avionics systems development experience
- Experience with Agile development
- Knowledge of SW development methodologies and SW lifecycle
- Experience with SW or HW testing
- Knowledge of DO-178
- Experience in electronic assembly fabrication
- Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and continuous integration principles
