Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 5 years of experience in business strategy with a track record of innovation.
• Understanding of the credit lifecycle and familiarity with applications like iCRD and CLASS/CAMP.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage priorities.
• Leadership skills to build client relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in operations and risk concepts to interpret decisions.
• Experience in documentation review and executive summaries.
• Expertise in preparing KPI/metric reports and standardizing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
