Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5 years of experience in business strategy with a track record of innovation.
- Understanding of the credit lifecycle and familiarity with applications like iCRD and CLASS/CAMP.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Strategic thinking and organizational skills to manage priorities.
- Leadership skills to build client relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in operations and risk concepts to interpret decisions.
- Experience in documentation review and executive summaries.
- Expertise in preparing KPI/metric reports and standardizing processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
