Develop and present customized solutions leveraging the Optimove platform, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Work closely with the CSM's to understand each client's platform usage, ensuring optimal performance and ongoing optimization.
Implement and manage client campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and ongoing optimization.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, expanding client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Stay up-to-date on the latest features and best practices, continuously enhancing your product knowledge.
Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with internal teams (Sales, Product, CSM) to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role within the marketing technology (MarTech) industry
Prior experience managing a book of business greater than $2M ARR
Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
Proactively manage client renewals, ensuring a smooth and successful contract extension process.
Negotiate contract terms that are mutually beneficial for both our clients and our company, leveraging your strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences across multiple industries and verticals.
Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies.
Experience working with a Marketing Cloud and marketing automation platforms a plus.
