This key role will be highly visible at the most senior levels of AWS and Amazon. You will need to work collaboratively with internal management teams to understand relative advantages and risks, determine if and when major features should be included in existing roadmaps, and stay informed on current trends around innovation, consolidation, and customer adoption. You will dive deep, provide thoughtful technical analysis, and be adaptable and action-oriented, focused on quickly gaining enough context to enable informed decision-making. Identifying and executing strategic partnerships is our primary objective.Key job responsibilities

- Take the lead to identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage partnerships that can involve marketing, content, commerce, and technology components.- Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.- Develop best practices to foster, manage, and track opportunities.About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Experience developing and executing on GTM strategies that are large in scope
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or proven technical acumen


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale
- Experience interfacing with customers (Enterprise, SMB, and Startups) and ability to convert customer requirements to high level architecture solutions to build on
- End-to-end negotiation experience, including identifying, developing, and executing successful partnerships such as large scale marketing deals, complex digital media transactions, and strategic technology relationships.
- MBA from a top-tier program
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively while applying sound business judgment and quantitative analytics.
- Thought leader with a solid understanding of advertising technologies and their intersection with commerce.
- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability gain respect of senior management and external executives.
- Ability to build and maintain a network of relationships which facilitate deal flow.
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
- Competency with internet, mobile and cloud technologies.
