What You'll Do- Partner closely with our New Verticals Sales team to develop and execute ad strategies that exceed your CPG partners’ marketing objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key marketing decision-makers, including Directors, VPs, and C-level executives within CPG organizations.
- Apply critical thinking and creative problem-solving to effectively manage partnerships and address challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Sales, Operations, Product, and Marketing—to ensure we consistently surpass our CPG partners' expectations.
- Drive the adoption of our newest ad products, creatively showcasing their value to partners.
- Craft compelling pitch narratives that resonate with CPG partners and contribute to team-wide success.
- Embrace a flexible mindset, tackling new challenges and supporting teammates as needed.
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable feedback to shape the future of our CPG Ads products.
What You'll Need- At least 6 years of experience in Account Management, Operations, or Sales.
- Experience managing and analyzing digital ad campaigns for FMCG brands.
- Proven experience working with large, complex FMCG brands and organizations.
- Strong analytical skills to review results and propose data-driven recommendations (SQL skills are a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, with customer-facing experience being a bonus.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
- An ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset—comfortable in fast-paced environments and navigating ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
