In this role, you will:
- Define and maintain the product vision for the centralized cybersecurity findings solution.
- Establish governance models for consistent classification, prioritization, and treatment of findings.
- Drive the development of audit-ready reporting capabilities and dashboards for executive visibility
- Align product goals with enterprise risk management and cybersecurity governance strategies.
- Champion the value of unified findings to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, including milestones for onboarding findings programs.
- Collaborate with Cyber domains, Risk and Compliance teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers, ensuring consistent messaging and expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the design, development, and deployment of the centralized findings platform.
- Serve as an expert advisor to leaders and cyber domains.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 3+ years of Agile practices and frameworks (product manager or product owner) experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC, RSA).
- Familiarity with data normalization, risk scoring models, and orchestration tools.
- Background in enterprise-scale cybersecurity transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE).
- Experience with risk classification, vulnerability management, and remediation workflows.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- CISSP certification
- Experience optimizing and automating processes, procedures and controls.
- Technical, systems engineering background
- Finance sector experience or other highly regulated industries
- Thought leader who brings diverse experiences and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be able to effectively communicate and gain alignment amongst diverse, differing, competing, and/or conflictingperspectives/priorities.
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
Job Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule – 3 days a week on-site/in office and 2 days a week remote.

Pay Range
$120,400.00 - $262,600.00
