Drive production management processes including: project briefs, production timelines, supplier engagement/management, drawing reviews, production reviews, and presentations. Additional responsibilities include:- Create visually appealing designs to effectively communicate brand messaging.- Create 3D renders of all display concepts and prepare sell-in presentations to retail partners- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and apply them to display solutions.- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgets.- Solve design challenges creatively, providing unique and effective solutions.- Ensure that all financial and operational procedures are in place on a quarterly basis. This includes, but is not limited to opening Purchase Orders, obtaining and authorizing vendor invoices, conducting weekly budget reviews and updating spend forecasts.
- Minimum of 5 years experience leading the design, development and/or production process for retail deliverables, preferably with a leading retailer or global brand.
- Experience leading coordinated cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, operations, finance, etc.) for the development of product display, retail fixtures or customer journeys.
- Ability to understand, interpret and easily speak to the process and strategies supporting the creative process.
- Meticulous problem solver who is a demonstrated leader, collaborator and team builder.
- Superior written and verbal communication expertise with highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Self-directed individual who can operate confidently and efficiently within ambiguous situations.
- Proven track record to proactively build rapport and credibility to drive and influence results across a highly-matrixed organization.
- In-house creative studio or agency experience.
- BA/BS or equivalent degree preferred
