Responsibilities include:
- High voltage and Medium voltage Protection and Control design and planning
- Smart device interconnection design and planning
- High Voltage DC distribution design
- Wholistic system commissioning planning and execution
- Create Owner Project Requirements for high voltage system
- Work with engineering/design company to deliver high voltage electrical design on-budget, on-time with high quality
- Participate in weekly workgroups with high voltage designer to ensure design is progressing
- Execute design reviews at major milestones, 30%, 60%, 90%
- Complete specifications and participate in bid process for necessary high voltage long lead equipment on projects
- Review submittals in timely manner from long lead equipment vendors
- Respond to RFI's and issues related to high voltage scope
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related
- 5 years' experience in high voltage electrical engineering, design and construction

- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
- Possess strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and ability to take ownership for issue resolution
- Proficient with PC hardware and windows based applications
- Ability to analyze existing systems and associated monitoring equipment to troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Ability to develop and update Process and Instrumentation Diagrams, Sequence of Operations, I/O lists, panel drawings and instrumentations lists
