You’ll make an impact by:
- Leading the development and execution of the customer digital identity product strategy, with a strong focus on a real time identity graph and enrichment for Ads, Marketing and Retail use cases.
- Defining and communicating a customer modeling and profiling strategy, prioritization, and timelines for the Customer Digital Identity Platform.
- Ensuring tools are built and scaled to support the security and integrity needs of internal teams.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, emphasizing the effective management and protection of customer data.
- Staying up to date with industry trends and advancements in customer digital identity, segmentation, and activation, identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborating with, Walmart Connect, Data Ventures, Walmart +, personalization and Marketing teams to deliver world-class digital identity solutions with a strong emphasis on data security and customer privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required/MBA a plus.
- 8+ years in Product Management including at least 4 years of experience working in customer identity. Retail industry experience is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience building and managing a team of high performing product managers.
- Quantitative or technical background is preferred.
- Sound business judgment as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and prioritize.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, proven ability to influence others internally and externally.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver results.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful product roadmaps and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market trends in the retail space.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
