Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for customer account management experience.
• Lead a team of product managers to develop a roadmap that balances business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance customer trust and convenience.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve customer experiences.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to align account features with broader business initiatives.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress, impact, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years leading teams in eCommerce, digital identity, or customer accounts.
• Proven ability to drive large-scale, consumer-facing product initiatives with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of user authentication, identity management, and security best practices.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Experience with modern tech stacks, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.
