The Employee Experience team within Microsoft Digital is the heartbeat of the employee experience across the company. The team powers, enables, and transforms the digital Microsoft employee experience across devices, applications, and infrastructure. They propel the company forward in terms of modern workplace patterns and practices and provide an inspirational enterprise blueprint for customers and partners.

Tenant Integration & Managementis to fully transformthe Enterpriseclient experience, making it as simple, intuitive, and reliable as possible while enabling the next level of productivity for both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND2+ years technical experience in service engineering, software engineering, network engineering, or systems engineering.
    • Or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience managing and improving an enterprise service, including support for Production systems.
  • Experience as service administrator for Microsoft Teams Room Systems, M365, Dynamics 365, Intune, or Power Platform.
  • Proficient troubleshooting client/server software issues across multiple platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, Android
  • Proficientusing PowerShell scripts, VS Code, Azure, Power BI to drive automation and service health improvement.


Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship- based legal restrictions. Specially, this position supports United states federal,state, and/or local(or applicable country) United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Passion for continuous learning/ improvement.
  • Ability to engineer and manage large, complex solutions.
  • 1+ years technical experience working with large-scale cloud or distributed systems.
  • Management Information Systems (MIS), or other industry or product specific Engineering Certifications.
  • Ability to understand problems and decompose them into smaller problems, using technical articulation for collective problem solving.
  • Effective communicationand stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Work with fellow administrators and stakeholders to manger the M365, D365, and Power Platformtenantsof a global enterprise.
  • Provide technical subject-matterexpertiseontwoor more areas of the Microsoft 365, D365, and Power Platformservice suites.
  • Use data and telemetry to make decisions and drive feedback into system design and implementation.
  • Partner with other teams to improve products and processes to drive delightful.
  • Leverage advanced technicalexpertise, judgment and decision making to coordinate multiple work streams and resources to resolve complex issues.
  • Gain a working understanding of Microsoft businesses and collaborate with mentors and leaders to contribute to cohesive, end-to-end experiences for our users.
  • Drive program and process of mitigation (e.g., automation), troubleshoots system issues, and partners closely with internal customers and engineering teams.
  • Communicate and drive adherence to security policies and procedures.
