About the role:
In this role, you will own planning processes, tools, and systems to lead weekly and monthly execution across your assigned production value streams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, maintain, and control the master production schedule
Maintain and manage the MRP signal to ensure component availability
Facilitate the supply response portion of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning process, including rough-cut capacity planning
Communicate and follow up on component and assembly availability issues
Foster global partnerships with sister sites in Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Costa Rica
Participate in strategic projects aimed at improving safety, quality, service, and cost through continuous improvement methodologies
Support production supervisors with the execution of the production schedule
Prepare reports, presentations, and graphs for monthly operating reviews and planning meetings
Analyze and interpret marketing forecast reports
Conduct "what if" analysis related to regulatory uncertainty
Communicate production planning updates to key stakeholders including Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Production Control, and Customer Service
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience with ERP/MRP systems; SAP preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain, materials management, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams across the supply chain
Effective communication skills across all levels of leadership
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with SAP and/or Rapid Response
APICS certification and/or relevant coursework in demand and supply chain planning
Experience working in a highly regulated environment, preferably within the medical device industry
Maximum Salary: $ 132000
