Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.In this role your duties include, but are not limited to;
· Follows policies and procedures, managing risk to ensure all SLAs are being met
· Works cooperatively with other team members to ensure items are being opened/scanned and processed in a timely manner
· Ability to communicate clearly with all processors
· Opening, Sorting and prepping mail to be scanned
· Scanning of multiple Legal orders and identifying what each order is. Then barcoding and getting the orders scanned in
· Assist with production and mailing out all processer’s orders from the three sites, ensuring that what is being mailed out is correct.
· Assist in answer requests or follow up on orders. Reviewing returned mail
· Having a Sense of urgency/Being Self-Motivated and Self Driven
· Working on bulk look ups by identifying if customer is in our system and has accounts and if accounts can be attached. Could receive anywhere from 200-1000 of these a day.
· Picking up and dropping off mail down in our mail room

- Processes and/or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners internally with service partners to route calls, documents or other action items to complete transactions.
- Ensures the appropriate materials, documentation and capacity are available to complete transactions. Confirms equipment is operational, if applicable.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Provides feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
