Modality Performance Manager - MRI


Your role:

  • Manage the North America Magnet Fast Response Team (MR-FRT) for magnet recovery, outcome decisions, and system installation approvals.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to manage MRI install base activity for upgrades and magnet service support.
  • Analyze data and report results to leadership on business financials for Helium consumption and National magnet health.
  • Lead North America magnet projects for continuous improvement such as remote service and remote connectivity.
  • Control and provide direct policy and procedures specific to magnet FRT North America support.

You're the right fit if:

  • Associates Degree Required; 4-year technical degree preferred
  • People leadership experience with 5+ years servicing applicable modality equipment required, 10 years preferred.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and communicate / present effectively with all levels of business from FSE to CEO.
  • Ability to travel 50+ percent nationally
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this .
