Directly manage the site-specific workplace operations team, daily operations, including janitorial operations, culinary, office space and event management
Strategically manage site space planning—move and new hire coordination, seating plans, department headcount verification, hotel desk management, lab space, and all new non-manufacturing space requests
Project manage various facilities and workplace projects and events—define scope, develop logistics plans, identify budgets, create and maintain proper tracking procedures, coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders, communication plans, and follow through completion
Develop and maintain metrics to track projects, budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators
Manage and forecast the site-specific department operating and capital expenditure budgets
In conjunction with the other Workplace team members, assist with process creation, implementation, and maintenance for programs and services workplace offers
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Business or Operations or equivalent work experience
Minimum 3 years of Workplace, Facilities or Construction experience
Minimum 2 years of people management experience
A customer-centric attitude and enthusiasm to support workplace clients/other departments
Highly proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills
Robust problem solving, resourceful, and creative skills with the ability to adapt to fast pace environments under constant changing priorities
