What you'll do...

Ownership areas include:

  • Manage and Grow business - Managing and optimizing the P&L, with ultimate responsibility for top and bottom-line financial performance. Overseeing all aspects of budgetary management, including unit economic optimization, headcount and SG&A spend, and contracts with vendors for professional services
  • Creating business and product strategies – Building a 0 to 1 business and product by crafting the vision for local 3rd party shopping within Walmart. Galvanizing support and enthusiasm from leadership and stakeholders across the broader company to bring this vision to life as you position LocalFinds to compete with local marketplace incumbents as you scale to markets across the US and then to other markets.
  • Growth Mindset - Crafting new business cases and presenting recommendations for category and geographic expansion for executive-level buy-in. Incubating new business lines to expand category penetration for in-demand assortment and enable sellers to grow within the Walmart ecosystem - national including Omni penetration.
  • Build and Develop High Performing Teams - Growing, leading and inspiring a large, multi-functional organization, spanning across seller acquisition and onboarding, seller growth, go-to-market and US-wide market launches, customer marketing, customer experience (pre and post transaction), and strategy and planning teams
  • Marketing and Branding - Developing marketing, branding and positioning for raising awareness and consideration for both B2C and B2B marketing through large-scale brand campaigns and performance media
  • Building Experienc es that Customers Love - Co-creating the product roadmap with Tech teams to develop beloved customer and seller experiences, managing prioritization and resourcing tradeoffs along the way
  • Relationship Builder. a connector - Forging strategic relationships with sellers of all sizes – ranging from C-suite executives at top enterprises to mom-and-pop shop owners – by overseeing Business Development and Account Management functions at US-wide scale
  • Operator and Continuous Improvement mindset - Leading marketplace management strategy to increase perfect order rates, boost on-time delivery percentages, reduce support contacts and order defects, and improve NPS and satisfaction from all stakeholders in the three-sided marketplace

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations or related field and7 years’ experience in operations, project management, related area.
  • 10 years’ supervisory experience.
  • 10+ years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 10+ years’ experience building and leading cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 10+ years’ experience building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering Operations, or related area and 10+ years’ experience as a Business GM, Product Manager, working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/C products
  • Project management certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $192,000.00-$384,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock Minimum Qualifications...
