15+ years of business and commercial experience in a global capacity
Proven experience leading one or more business units, including sales ownership
7+ years experience leading a high-performance commercial teams
Demonstrated ability to develop impactful go-to-market growth strategies, with clear business objectives and associated revenue opportunities
Experience with unique customer verticals, including developing and advocating for these verticals within a large matrixed organization
Skilled at identifying key problems to solve for within a business area, using insights/data, discussing and debating opportunities, as well as developing an informed point of view
Strong storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment
Experience with developing commercial levers to drive demand in a Retail environment, across products and markets
Ability to engage and influence partners cross-functionally and at all levels
Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops and retains diverse teams
Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn
Education & Experience
Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,200.00 and $328,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
