Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of business and commercial experience in a global capacity
- Proven experience leading one or more business units, including sales ownership
- 7+ years experience leading a high-performance commercial teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop impactful go-to-market growth strategies, with clear business objectives and associated revenue opportunities
- Experience with unique customer verticals, including developing and advocating for these verticals within a large matrixed organization
- Skilled at identifying key problems to solve for within a business area, using insights/data, discussing and debating opportunities, as well as developing an informed point of view
- Strong storyteller as it relates to a broader business performance narrative, commercial strategy, or other business pitch, with comfort in a senior executive environment
- Experience with developing commercial levers to drive demand in a Retail environment, across products and markets
- Ability to engage and influence partners cross-functionally and at all levels
- Role models inclusive leadership behaviors and builds, develops and retains diverse teams
- Contributes to an inclusive environment through respecting each others’ differences and having the curiosity to learn
Education & Experience
Degree in relevant subject area or equivalent experience. MBA a plus.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,200.00 and $328,300.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
