As a you will be responsible for the logistics of our interview process, facilitating each stage with candidates and internal stakeholders.


What You’ll Do:
  • Act as a key point of contact for global candidates across US, Canada, and EMEA, managing communications and guiding them throughout the duration of their interview process, with a strong focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Help manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with TA Partners and hiring teams
  • Performing detailed market analysis to identify industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Assessing and mapping talent pools to identify high-potential candidates for strategic roles.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to support talent acquisition strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Support other including but not limited to managing job postings, developing interview kits, drafting offer letters, posting job announcements internally as well as externally
  • Strategize with recruiting team on best sourcing/researching practices
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition operation function forward.

About you:

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in TA Coordinator/ Sourcer role or similar.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of meetings and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to juggle competing tasks, projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent English
