Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administration of processes in Talent systems: hiring, changes in status, and termination.
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting on diverse HR related data.
- Administration of modules in leave management system.
- Administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Requirements:
- University degree or a student in their last years of their studies.
- Fluent English language.
- Operative, timely work and meeting of deadlines.
- Work under pressure and ability to multitask.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude, ability to take ownership and responsibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
