Description
ResponsibilitiesProvide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to foster a high performing team culture.Define roles, responsibilities, and goals for team members, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.Develop and implement policies for optimizing cloud usage and reducing unnecessary expenses without compromising performance.Drive the adoption of new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance infrastructure requests process.Act as a key decision-maker on architecture, networking, storage, and cloud infrastructure projects.Develop and maintain infrastructure performance metrics and dashboards.Provide regular updates to senior leadership on infrastructure status, key projects, and operational performance.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure services and reduce operational risks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in IT infrastructure cloud computing, and/or cloud operations or related technical domain
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and/or cloud operations.
- Proven experience in cloud migration, infrastructure automation, and optimization.
- Leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor technical teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-tech
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, containers, and microservices architecture.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $173,100 and $301,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
