Manager – Global Mobility Transformation and Assignment Services

As part of our team, you will help to move talent across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international and domestic workforces. You will also will contribute to the development of cutting-edge, efficient, and compliant global mobility programs, and bring creative solutions to the market.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and create new ones, providing consistently high levels of client service.
- Advise clients holistically on the application of the relevant assignment policy principles to manage their global mobility programs and add value to their businesses.
- Manage the successful delivery of ongoing mobility services to our clients, with a focus on quality and exceeding expectations.
- Lead both on-shore and off-shore teams, continually making recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and manage broader business risks or considerations associated with an assignment or mobility program, including being able to consider aspects around social security, employment taxes, payroll, tax and immigration risks.
- Lead mobility advisory projects to assist clients in optimising, designing, developing and implementing a mobility program.

- Extensive experience in building and managing a corporate mobility program in a large organisation or professional services environment.
- Management experience within an in-house global mobility function or global mobility service provider.
- Strong client relationship management skills, including managing client expectations and executive level assignees and their families.
- Ability to act quickly and demonstrate offerings (e.g. technology demonstrations) to clients.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, for engaging with clients and team members.
- Strategic and commercial awareness of broader business issues, market practice, and emerging business trends across multiple industries.
- Enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work, with the ability to integrate with new teams quickly and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
