Drives operational alignment of all adidas marketing functions, ensuring the strategic alignment among both brands
Supports local meeting preparations, from kick-offs to pre-sales with both internal customers and external vendors
Leads sample coordination process (prior, during and after sell-in), organizing sample arrival tracking and ensuring efficient inventory tracking
Drives showroom set up process following LAM guidance
Manage the on-time delivery of all seasonal marketing sell-in materials. (i.e Ecatalogue)
Supports BU’s in Pricing and margin analysis process
Leads Marketing Operations Team: Article Master Data and Go To Market Process Management
Supports the brand director on implementation of Regional change projects and management of local change project
