Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternately, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 3 years of experience at a financial services company or as a consultant in a professional services firm delivering advisory services.Must have 4 years of experience managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets; managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; and conflict resolution and consensus building.Must have 4 years of experience in communicating technical study conclusions through written reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, or Visio.Must have 4 years of experience in IT enablement through effective strategic planning, governance, and management discipline.Must have 3 years of experience in at least 3 of the following technical competencies:
- IT Cost Reduction
- UX Strategy and/or Design
- CX Strategy
