How will you make an impact?
- Bring your creativity and storytelling abilities to create innovative, interesting and inspiring articles, newsletters, announcements, executive communications, and many other communications, in a range of tones
- Work with stakeholders to define, develop, implement, manage and evaluate internal communications activity
- Work with key stakeholders to draft and disseminate information using the most appropriate communication channels and messaging for the audience
- Plan and drive specific ad hoc communications programs
- Work closely with leaders to develop their communications, including written materials, presentations and change initiatives
- Create engaging HR and employee experience communications and content
- Be part of the Corporate Internal Communications team and work on cross-company initiatives and projects, including employee-related content that promotes NICE as an employer of choice
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create attractive and engaging graphics to accompany the content
Have you got what it takes?
- Must be a native English speaker
- Relevant education and ideally 3-5 years’ experience (preferably in a global, hi-tech company)
- Proven ability to create and execute communications plans across a complex matrix and work with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to deliver complex messages in a simple way
- Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills, including the ability to write and present clear and concise professional communications with varied messaging and tones, adapted to target audiences in different geographies
- Excellent multi-tasking skills, and ability to work at pace and meet timelines
- Strong conceptual abilities, outstanding storytelling and creative writing skills, and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape
