Responsibilities:We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and people-focused Internal Communications Specialist to join our global communications and brand team. In this role, you’ll drive internal communication efforts to ensure employees stay informed, engaged, and aligned with our company’s culture, values, and business objectives. You will work closely with the communications leadership team, and key stakeholders across multiple sites to craft compelling stories, deliver key messages, and enhance employee engagement.
- Develop and execute internal communication plans that support company-wide/site-wide initiatives, cultural programs, and leadership messaging.
- Create engaging, high-quality content—emails, newsletters, intranet posts/articles, video scripts, digital signage, and presentations.
- Manage internal communication channels, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging across global teams.
- Partner with key stakeholders to foster employee engagement and reinforce company culture.
- Support change management efforts by crafting transparent, effective messaging.
- Organize and promote company-wide events, town halls, all hands and employee engagement activities.
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually appealing content that resonates with employees.
- Ensure brand voice and tone consistency across all internal communications.
- Adapt communications for diverse global audiences, ensuring relevance and engagement.
- Maintain and update the internal communications calendar, ensuring key messages are delivered effectively.
- Gather feedback and measure engagement to improve communication strategies.
Requirements:- 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or content creation, preferably in a global organization.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy mindset, with experience using digital communication tools (intranets, email platforms, video production, etc.).
- Highly collaborative, able to work with multiple stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Creative and strategic thinker, passionate about employee engagement and company culture.
- Experience in change management communication is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
