You will report directly to our Director of Sales Excellence-Learning &Enablement and you will work out of our Mexico City location on a hybrid workschedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by:
- Guiding the development and implementation of sales training programs andinitiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Collaborating and liaising with cross-functional teams to identify trainingneeds and create customized training solutions
- Designing, coordinating and delivering engaging and interactive trainingsessions, workshops, and webinars
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuousimprovements
- Providing guidance and facilitating to sales trainers and trainingcoordinators
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training andBuilding Automation industry
YOU MUST HAVE
- 2-3+ years of sales training or relatedfield experience
- Demonstrated track record ofdesigning and delivering successful sales training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learningethics and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication andpresentation skills
- Ability to build relationships andwork with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong thoughtful and problem-solvingskills
