JOB DESCRIPTION

You will report directly to our Director of Sales Training, and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. This role requires travel up to 75% to deliver training programs to various locations. In this role, you will impact the growth and performance of our sales team by providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and webinars for the sales team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and create customized training solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to sales managers and representatives to drive performance
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to enable sales excellence leaders to deliver training programs effectively
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales training

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful sales training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
