WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
To drive North America’s business results and consumer offense, you will work cross-functionally with key partners across Digital Marketing, Operations & Planning, Brand Management, Merch, and Brand Creative. This role will require consistent collaboration, partnership and consensus across the enterprise.
In this role you, you will report into the Director, Digital Marketing, and will collaborate across the Digital Brand Marketing team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training
- Proven experience managing outside vendors and agencies.
- Experience working in a heavily matrixed environment is preferred
- Project Management experience is a must.
- Marketing Operations background is highly preferred
- Be educated in culture and trends in digital marketing is highly preferred
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You will have an opportunity to work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to support the team through key check points, keeping the team tied to key dates and deliverables. You’ll work closely with Digital Marketing Managers, Creative Ops, and Brand Creative on the Advertising and Creative process, ensuring a smooth execution into the marketplace. And finally, you’ll partner with Finance, Marketing and other Planning and Ops partners on driving budget accuracy and financial excellence for the team.
- Assist social media manager with community management across NA Brand Channels, including: monitoring comments, flagging negative mentions as needed and engaging with content.
- Be a liaison between cross-functional teams to flag content that should go live on NA Social Channels.
- Manage Digital Brand Marketing’s payment process from new vendor set up, processing po requests, reconciling invoices in prep for quarter close and trouble shooting with both internal/external parties.
