• 7+ years of experience with Avionics equipment

• Experience with providing technical leadership of cross-functionaldesign teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of TCAS and Transponder products and developmentlifecycle
• Experience with the FAA certification process for avionics
• Experience in working with aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing,Airbus, Dassault, etc
• Experience with Agile development processes
• Experience in working with industry teams to define ARINC and RTCA MOPSspecifications
• Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new informationand concepts
• Leadership of diverse and global teams
• Expert with systems development processes
• Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with littlesupervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
• Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicatedtasks and people
• Making autonomous decisions
• Significant engineering experience
