Key Responsibilities You will play a critical role in creating system solutions for the TCAS(Traffic Collision Avoidance System) and Transponder Product Team within our (CN&S) Communication, Navigation and Surveillance organization. You will play a critical role in the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge Avionics technologies, directly contributing to shaping the future of our technological advancements in the Traffic and Surveillance Avionics space.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on Next-Generation and New Product Development projects for TCAS/Collision Avoidance, Transponder and Surveillance Avionics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Systems, Software, Hardware and Test Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide innovative solutions

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in TCAS/Collision Avoidance, CN&S and Avionics technologies
YOU MUST HAVE - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience
WE VALUE - Knowledge of Avionics products and their development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Avionics in the Communications, Navigation, Traffic, and/or Surveillance space preferrable i.e (TCAS) Traffic Collision Avoidance, Transponder systems, Avionic Communication Radios, Avionics Flight Displays, FMS, Surveillance, Radar, Navigation, GPS, etc
- Competence to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
- Experience with RF products is of value.
- Experience with the FAA certificationprocess for avionics is of value.
- Experience in working with aircraftmanufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, Dassault, etc is of value.
- Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts.
- Ability to adapt dictated by project changes
