What you`ll do

The Role:

As a User Researcher you employ a diverse set of UX research tools and methods, from moderated (1:1 interviews, workshops, usability tests) and unmoderated activities (automated user studies with prototypes) to maintaining in-app feedback projects and analyzing feedback and usage data. You advocate research findings by delivering excellent oral and written presentations to summarize the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.

What you bring

• Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context, preferably with experience in the mobile area

• Experience with applying a variety of both moderated and unmoderated study methods, preferably experience with behavioral analytics based on usage data

• Experience with different research tools for (remote) testing (e.g. UserZoom, UserTesting, Respondent, or comparable)

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
