What you bring:

• Degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Human Computer Interaction or comparable fields
• Minimum 4-6 years experience in conducting user research, preferably in a business software context
• Experience with applying a variety of both, qualitative and quantitative user research methods
• Experience with different research tools (e.g. UserZoom, Respondent, User Interviews)
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
