Assess, categorise, and qualify inbound requests ensuring all required information is provided and meets the well-defined scoping criteria.
Follow the correct procedures for accepting work consulting and escalating for support as required.
Keep oneself updated on the current pipeline and available resources.
Promptly notify and escalate incoming multi-disciplinary projects to the Senior coordinators.
Follow the rejection process for requests that do not meet the full criteria/scope of service ensuring stakeholders are communicated with appropriate including offering self-service options, as applicable.
Supporting the senior coordinators, following up on creatives briefs, scheduling project kick off meeting and with the delivery of projects as needed.
Working on projects both on your own and as part of a wider team
Managing stakeholder queries and knowing when to escalate potential risks or issues.
Provide admin support to the Operations Manager
Skills and Attributes
Experience in a production role, ideally in a creative agency, production studio or postproduction house
Keen interest in creative process, design theories and principles
Willingness to learn and adapt to what is needed.
Excellent organisation skills coupled with a positive ‘Can do’ attitude.
Problem solving ability
Excellent communications skills
Experience of working with scheduling/project management tools
Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with stakeholders.
Act as an ambassador for the Creative team.
