What You’ll Do
  • Focus on product roadmap and feature implementations, maintain, and optimize overall HRIS platform such as employee Onboarding/ Offboarding system, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Recruiting/Applicant Tracking System, and Learning Management System
  • Evaluate technology options that will help enhance the capabilities of the current HR Tech stack to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to vision a cohesive user experience across multiple systems and processes. Expertise with system integrations, API, system architecture principles that will allow to scale and secure data integrations
  • Continuously assess and enhance the efficiency, scalability, and user experience of HR platforms. Leverage data and analytics to assess the performance of HR technologies and make data-driven decisions for improvements. Identify people data analytics and reporting capabilities, ensuring systems are optimized to reduce manual reporting, processes
  • Design solutions which are scalable across geographies, leveraging the architectural principles around personas, roles and simple UX for high user adoption
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, and business units to ensure seamless project execution. Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility, ensuring continuous improvement of the HR platform
  • Collaborate with Business, Product Management, and Engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Build and maintain secure, compliant HR tech systems, ensuring that data privacy, GDPR regulations are followed, and sensitive employee data is protected
  • Conduct and participate in the analysis of workflows and design of functionality, process improvements to systems, ensuring both process and system requirements are fully identified, evaluated, tested, and implemented
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from payroll, compensation, immigration and benefits teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and controls are in place
  • Work with leadership to ensure timely implementation and delivery of new functionality and enhancements for HR modules
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  • Provide functional expertise in various HR modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption.
  • Manage and maintain existing system integrations and lead the development of new integrations within the HRIS architecture.
  • Stay ahead of emerging HR technology trends, drive innovation within HR ecosystem with internal custom tools, exploring new functionalities, third-party integrations, and creative solutions that align with HR Technology roadmap.
What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HRIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and related platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP) and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos, Excel, Power BI).
  • Experience with SQL, query tools, data connectors, orchestration, analyze and troubleshoot data related issues
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong skills in data integrity, and data management practices to ensure data privacy and controls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Partner with HR teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with HRIS systems, implementing, and optimizing HR technology solutions (e.g., HRIS, LMS, ATS, performance management systems, etc.).
  • Prior experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, UKG, SAP, SNOW is a must
  • Train Payroll/ HR/ Users on the usage of system tools and address common reporting needs and gaps.
  • Work with HR teams on policy audits, change management for system updates
  • Experienced with business process reviews, documentation and improvements through automation, system enhancements
  • Other duties as assigned
