About the Role-
● Actively seek new business opportunities to engage and build relationships with potential customers globally
● Research, identity, and prospect for new customers, including collecting relevant information about prospects, their companies, industries, and compelling events to facilitate effective and meaningful conversations
● Nurture and qualify leads who have shown interest in our company's product or solution and have already engaged with our company through its marketing channels (inbound sales prospecting)
● Reach out to potential customers who have never engaged with our company's product or solution through cold calling via phone, email, and social media (outbound sales prospecting)
● Present our company to potential prospects, identify their needs, and suggest appropriate products/services.
● Set up quality lead meetings for Account Executives
● Provide Account Executives with detailed notes on prospect interactions and deal insights to ensure the opportunity is understood and the next steps are clearly defined
● Consistently achieve assigned lead generation quotas and performance goals
● 4-7 years of experience in Sales or Sales Development roles
● Self-starter with proven success in competitive and results-driven environment
● Ability to articulate value propositions of the product to prospective clients and build relationships
● Passionate about all aspects of lead generation, including cold-calling and social selling
● Strong verbal and written communication skills
● Experience working in a fast-growth/startup environment is preferred
● Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering
● Passion for sales and ambition to excel at the highest level
● Prior experience selling to HR Leaders globally is preferred
● Ability to build rapport and relationships with prospects across multiple geographies and cultures
● Willingness to work at flexible timings
