In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead a team of account managers in the Electronics & Appliance (E&A) industry
  • Ensure excellent customer relationships and identify opportunities
  • Resolve customer inquiries, payment performance and disputes
  • Develop audit process to identify high risk relationships and processes to review on a periodic basis
  • Conduct industry and company research
  • Secure additional credit authority to decision over-lines
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Make decisions and resolve issues to meet business objectives
  • Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Distribution Finance Relationship Management
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Distribution Finance Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of Leadership experience

  • Capably identify risks and initiate resolution of problems
  • Leadership skills including the ability to build, develop, and motivate a diverse work team
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with both internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement

Job Expectations:
