Required Qualifications:
- Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in leading a community practice focused on learning and development within a matrix organization, demonstrating the ability to foster collaboration, drive engagement, and implement effective learning strategies across sales teams.
- 2+ years of experience in generating comprehensive reports, conducting in-depth analytics, and utilizing various business intelligence systems to monitor progress and ensure successful delivery of projects, with a emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
- 1 year of experience in leading direct sales enablement initiatives, with a deep understanding of the sales enablement process and the ability to build effective learning and adoption strategies to support sales teams in achieving their targets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in program or project management and community leadership
- Proven ability to own program strategy, deliver end-to-end, and communicate results to leadership
- Skilled in using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Effective level written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in developing and implementing change and communication strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to influence without authority by establishing trust and credibility
- Knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem is a plus
