Honeywell Lead Customer Experience Specialist Italian - hybrid

As aat Honeywell, inBucharest, you will be responsible for supporting services andprojects organization by processing work packages / managing requests in atimely and correct manner.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work fromhome model.

Key responsibilities:

  • Processes a wide variety of maintenance relatedactivities between Honeywell and customers: records, changes in the list ofequipment or obligations covered by the contract (escalations), cancellations,re-registrations;
  • Analyzes and takes the necessary steps to resolvedisputes (credit issuance and reflow);
  • Processstandard parts requests and other associated tasks (changes in materialsettings, extensions, replacements);
  • Performs troubleshooting reporting, processing, and troubleshooting accordingto business requirements;
  • Involving in major transitions, working with theCPS team (SAP process specialists) for SAP development or another internalprograms.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent Italian (at least B2) and English;
  • College graduate;
  • Minimum 1 year experience on Sr Customer Experience Specialist role;
  • Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
